We will go to the aquarium. Bus will load at 11:45am and leave at noon to head downtown. We will then leave the aquarium at 4pm to head to Turner Stadium for practice. Please make sure everyone has practice clothes and spikes.
​We will have our team meeting this evening. All meetings will be held at the team hotel. I will advise of the time later. We will serve pizza.

Tomorrow is the day! The bus leaves for Nationals at midnight! Please be there by 1030pm to get the bus loaded and have a word of prayer. The bus will leave from the church 5111 Harry Truman Dr.

​If you are not in the team hotel, please send me your hotel information.

​For those not riding the bus, please make sure you contact me to get your athletes bib number and wrist band. I WILL NOT take them to the track. I repeat, I WILL NOT TAKE THEM TO THE TRACK. Lets take care of business prior to, it will already be stressful without adding your child not having their bib in time. I am also a parent and want to see my kids compete.

Parents, Friday was the deadline for meet/bus fees.  If you did not make a payment nor talk to me about payments then I need to hear from you ASAP. I do have a deadline and non communication is not helping. If you have decided your child will not go to Nationals, that's fine, but please let me know. Monday we will open the bus up to others outside our organization, so if you have not told me you're riding the bus speak now or forever hold your peace.

​Also we have asked for t-shirt sizes for the nationals t-shirts. I need those ASAP so we can get it to the printer. The price for the shirts are $13 for sizes small through extra large. 2xl is $15, 3xl is $16 and so on. You can order as many shirts as you would like for family and friends, but I need sizes.

​We have a week and a half left to go before leaving for Nationals.  I am almost out of y'alls hair!! Please be mindful, Texas is very, very, very HOT, please make sure you are hydrating. We don't need anyone passing out.

Parents today's practice has been cancelled.

​Again if you are riding the bus and have not notified me, I need to know.
If you are not staying in the team hotel I need to know where you will be staying.
​Lastly, if you have decided not to attend nationals I need to know that as well.

Parents, there is a swim practice for all kids 13 and under at the View in Grandview at 6:45pm. Please bring a towel. All Hurdlers will be at Grandview.

The meet this Saturday has been cancelled, due to low enrollment.

​Also please remember to bring a blanket or towel for Yoga practice today.

​Also payment for the meet and the bus will be due on the 15th.

Parents there is practice everyday this week. We will have Yoga practice on Wednesday & Friday. Please make sure your athletes bring a towel or blanket to practice. Also be mindful that we are trying to work out a swim practice for this week as well. I will let you know once details have been confirmed.
