​Next week's practice will be on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday.
​Also if you have not expressed to me if you will be USATF, AAU or both you have until 10pm to get me that information or he will make the decision for you. Thank you to those who have already replied. Fees for either of these meets will be due on Tuesday. He would like for you all to do both meets with an emphasis on USATF. If I don't have your information I can't enter your child in the meet. Thanks and enjoy the rest of your holiday.

New Business:
​Please let me know if your child(children) will be running strictly USATF or strictly AAU or both. USATF nationals will be in Lawrence, KS & AAU Nationals will be in Detroit, MI. It is important that you communicate this to me by Monday so your athlete will be entered into the correct meet. If you have questions concerning this please let me know. I will be happy to answer your questions to help you make your decision.

​There are 2 meets coming up next week. One is a USATF meet the other is an AAU meet. The AAU meet is a District qualifying meet and is $20. The USATF meet is a regular meet and is $8 individual $32 relay. Both meets are on 6/3/17 so from here on out you will not only need to advise if your athlete will be competing in a meet you will have to specify which meet they will enter.

​If you have funds to give me for this Saturdays meet I will be back on Thursday to collect those fees. I realize we have gotten off schedule with the planning of our meet this past weekend, but fees will be due on Monday for which ever meet you decide to enter.

​Lastly if I do not have your paperwork, I can not get an AAU or USATF card for your athlete. They will need this for the upcoming meets. Please have that to me this week. At this stage in the game I should NOT still be asking for paperwork. If I don't have it your athlete will not be able to compete in the upcoming sanctioned meets.

Parents, there have been a few revisions to some of the athletes. Please make not of the updated version below for the meet on tomorrow. Please remember we need EVERYONE at the track at 530am to assist with the set up of the meet. We start our meets on time, but we can only do that if everyone is there to get things ready.
Also I have only heard from a few of you whether or not you will be attending the rescheduled meet on 5/27. I need to know by Monday. If I don't hear from you I will assume that you are attending.
