Parents it is extremely important to keep your athlete properly hydrated! Here is a link to a good article on fluids and hydration written by the USADA. Also,  attached is a book on nutritional requirements for your athlete(s). We want to make sure your athlete stays healthy and is able to perform at their highest level.
